You answered your own question. CCTV is a closed circuit system that can't or at least really shouldn't be contracted to the Internet, so they can't be integrated with the Nazi surveillance system. Any alpr or similar system is easily integrated and should be assumed they are connected to the Nazi network.
CCTV means there is a dedicated network between cameras and monitoring endpoints. There is nothing technical stopping anyone from forwarding camera feeds from those endpoints to somewhere else. Palantir isn't relying on unsecure cameras on the open internet. They sign deals with entities that have cameras in public places.
Also, throwing Nazi out there the way you are doing is cheapening the word. They don't have a patent on totalitarism, and you are giving them too much credit.

From what I can tell Flock cameras don't exist in the UK meaning all they're doing is cutting down ULEZ, ANPR, and speeding cameras which record people breaking the law (no insurance, speeding, high-emission vehicles, running lights, etc.). In other words, criminals don't want to be caught so they break the tools which costs the taxpayers money to replace. The people in this video can go fuck themselves.

You answered your own question. CCTV is a closed circuit system that can't or at least really shouldn't be contracted to the Internet, so they can't be integrated with the Nazi surveillance system. Any alpr or similar system is easily integrated and should be assumed they are connected to the Nazi network.

CCTV means there is a dedicated network between cameras and monitoring endpoints. There is nothing technical stopping anyone from forwarding camera feeds from those endpoints to somewhere else. Palantir isn't relying on unsecure cameras on the open internet. They sign deals with entities that have cameras in public places.
Also, throwing Nazi out there the way you are doing is cheapening the word. They don't have a patent on totalitarism, and you are giving them too much credit.

You don't want to take a straight path or park close because people are more likely to get your license plate number and report you. Park your car a good distance away from the site, start walking in casual clothes and then find a spot pretty close to (but in a less busy area from) the site to change, get out your tools and go. When you're done, reverse the process.

If your car has distinguishing marks, like old (discolored/peeling) paint, has any dents, scratches, any stickers or sticker residue, any weights to balance tires - it can be ID'd by photo. Which is what they're doing. You can use nanopaint to block the letters on your license-plate (still legal) from IR/radar cameras.

Yes your phone can absolutely be tracked when you “power” it off. You’re actually putting it into a deep sleep. It’s a feature so if you use something like find my phone you can still track it through your Bluetooth. And yes flock tracks Bluetooth. Leave it at home or get a faraday bag.
