Hold on are people just now learning about this? I do this all the time already cause i know the trashcan fills with air. Also i suggest drilling a small hole in the back middle of the trashcan so you don't have to lift a corner to release the air.

This is a manufactured problem. It's even easier if you don't require any fancy or sloppy method of getting the bag to go to the bottom of the bin. Just stretch out the top properly and let the trash push it down over time.

I drill tiny holes towards the bottom of the trash can on the sides so that the air can escape without ballooning the bag back up. Works like a charm.

I've done this to all my trash cans for years now. Two holes in each side an inch or two up from the bottom. Also helps with taking the bag back out the bin as it can't create a vacuum anymore.
My first attempt I drilled holes in the bottom and found out quickly that that was a big mistake. Garbage juices leaked everywhere.

Also a reminder that most bags are inside out when you pull them off the roll. They will fit easier when you invert them after taking the bag off the roll. Now this is only for like Glad trash bags and stuff from the store. Most bags used in commercial places do not have the seam storebought bags have and are right side out to begin with.

yeah, it auto types, so it never hits the clipboard, though you technically can. it just would also store other information that could be customer PII or who knows what trade secrets. I basically only use a computer for work or gaming, so...
