I don't know, I was greeted at Honda by a guy with a beard who had crumbs in it. They didn't even offer to open up any of the vehicles in the lot. We went down the street and a few hours later had a brand new Kia K5 that just got off the truck and hasn't even been filled up for test drives.

2022 kia K5 EX. Kia has come a long way in the last 10 years. Once you get out of the economy kias, the quality of the interior is better than VW and the options like heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats put it in volvo and Audi territory for $10-20k less.

I've been in a lot of cars while working at a body shop. Everyone drives altimas. Only BMW in the K5 price range is the 1 series. Infinity is a glorified nissan. Buick is an old person chevy. We chanted a car that can seat 4 adults and the K5 can get ne from DFW to Houston and back to DFW on 1 tank of gas at 40 meg's.

Ugh, sales jobs are the worst. Last sales job I had, a co-worker accused me of stealing his sale (which I didn’t). He was easily 50 lbs heavier than me and half a foot taller too. He came at me screaming in my face so I pushed him back on his ass to protect myself. I got fired on the spot and he got a promotion. Fuck sales.

Actually the legality would lay in the mannerisms. If the aggressor was pushing into your space and making any level of contact (forehead to forehead is common) you are free to defend yourself. Also if you have no retreat behind you, then you are free to defend if they are behaving aggressively. Faux charges are the aggressor's trigger. It is called assault, and I suggest you read up on the difference between assault and battery.

The first two months my manager counted all my sales as his, getting the commission for them, because he was still "training and guiding me." Dude spent like all of 45 minutes a day (10 hour day) with me. I put my key on his desk and walked out.

Same thing happened to my fiance when she worked at a jeweller. The assistant manager got involved with nearly every customer she was helping. He either took credit or completely torpedoed any sale she was working on. The worst one was $3k custom ring she worked on for an elderly woman for a week or two....then the guy got involved by saying they couldn't do the ring they wanted, and they needed to pay more for something else. Customer left cause he was berating them to buy it.

I applied for a car sales job as a young and dumb 19yo and yep, that is *exactly* what they wanted.
