Some pretty cool ideas

I'm totally not gonna use pic 1 for marijuana.

13 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 6

Why don't people just fold the tape a little in on itself? Has been working for me forever.

13 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Or use coffee filters for, well, you know... coffee... and such.

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

i can't imagine how scratched up my tv would be if I used a coffee filter to clean it...

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You know another good use for a wine rack? Wine. In the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Everywhere wine.

13 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

that duck tape one will be a life saver

13 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 6

Just fold it like everybody else.

13 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I like that cool swirly thing for my fruit to rot in rather than a bowl

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Refrigerator drawers?

13 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 0

My parents have these in their kitchen, they are so convenient! Also, Dishwasher drawers! Way more efficient and less stinky!

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Life hacks are the best hacks

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

13 years ago | Likes 261 Dislikes 9

More. Meow.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

MMOOOAAARRR!

13 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Anotha!!

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

MOAR

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you really want more, there's tons of this kind of thing on pinterest.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

NO! Part 1 of 1.

13 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Why not make it part 1 of ∞ ??

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I can't believe nobody has mentioned that the "lemon" is really a clementine!

13 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Oh, my darling.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

furthermore, using actual lemons is probably 10X more expensive then getting, oh i dunno, cleaning solution.

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

True, but concentrated lemon juice is cheap and does the job =)

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That... that is an orange.

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Translation: Coarse salt = Kosher salt.

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Refrigerator drawers.. that was the nickname I had for my ex because she was so frigid that when she opened her legs a little light came on.

13 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

hahahahaha. fine, i laughed. Fine!

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

LMAO mate !

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How long have you been waiting to use that one?

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It was on the back shelf and had almost reached it's expiration date

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Impracticality at its best.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A coffee filter seems like a bad choice for screen cleaning. Microfiber cloth, either damp or with 1:1 isopropyl:water solution.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I feel like the part 1 of 1 is unnecessary.

13 years ago | Likes 127 Dislikes 8

No no no. I sighed with relief when it dawned on me that there was only one part to this. This stuff is all crap.

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 13

just like 25% of these DIY ideas

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nothing more cool than turning a dirty ugly ass dresser into a dirty ugly ass sink.

13 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 5

What's with the hand underneath while he's cutting with a jigsaw?

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Rustic my friend!

13 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Yeah, I was expecting them to repaint it or something... They didn't even clean it first!!

13 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I didn't realize it wasn't sink before! Just looked at the first pic, scrolled and felt confused. Ugly sink to... ugly sink?

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The paper clip/duct tape thing is motherfucking genius.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

+1 for part 1 of 1

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Cleaning cast iron with coarse salt.. never thought of that. Used that tip this morning, worked awesome

13 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

I prefer the other method of using Non-stick pans...

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

C'mon son, gotta have some cast iron cookware in your arsenal

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Explain why? Legitimately asking. I grew up with my mom only using non-stick. No stainless no Cast Iron. And now with a gas range...overheat

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I started doing it last year - will never clean a pan any other way now!

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

is that what they mean by seasoning a pan ? j/k.. does cleaning that way do anything to the seasoned condition?

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why was there a tutorial on how to install a sink in here?

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I think it was "Hey instead of buying a vanity, use the ugliest shitiest free dresser you find on the side of the road instead"

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Aaaaaaaand Favorited. Neat!

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wouldn't salt cause the cast iron to rust?

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yes, yes it would.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The occasional table wouldn't work. Its wheel base is tiny and the rolling resistance on carpet would be huge; it would fall over a lot.

13 years ago | Likes 106 Dislikes 2

Good point on carpet, get some of those furniture slider pads instead of wheels. But wheels probably ok on wood floors.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Spilling scolding hot coffee or tea all over you. It needs a broader wheel base to prevent tipping and that would make it glide better.

13 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Instead of wheels it should have a hinge so that you can align it with the bed frame when not in use. When you use it you lock it in place

13 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Also, if it's only the angle brackets holding it together, it'll be very flexible. Needs some big screws into the end grain of the uprights.

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Damnit - That was my reply ready to go. I shall thusly upvote you, your 1 submitted image, and a few comments Mr. Angus.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks, and sorry.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

lol, no, as a Canadian, I should apologize. BTW - love the car fixup.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait, how is it flexible?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

(4.5 years later, really? ;) Flexible because lack of triangles in the structure. The angle brackets will fold very easily.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

because people who own Keurigs eat cup noodles

13 years ago | Likes 629 Dislikes 5

Damn right.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

My Keurig was a gift! And I happen to love cup o noodles!!!

13 years ago | Likes 89 Dislikes 2

Me Too.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

We have one at the office, so us fellow broke employees can and do use cup noodles with it (or oatmeal)

13 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

It took me nearly a year to get us a water cooler with a hot spout. Up until then, we used our Keurig for oatmeal all the time.

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Spent all my money on a Keurig, can only afford ramen now.

13 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

I do <3

13 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

I got my keurig for christmas and also use it for cup of noodles (also ramen)

13 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

I own a Keurig and eat cup noodles!

13 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

yeah I don't get that one... how goddamn hard is it to boil water anyway?

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I have not once, not ever boiled water for my ramen.

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

^This, the other great point of ramen is the fast (comparatively) prep time. You don't want to spend 10 minutes boiling water!

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Instant Kraft Dinner. Holla!

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I work in an office, and hate coffee. If it weren't for cup noodles, I'd never touch the thing.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Their kids do.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yeah i work in a fucking office, i do that shit all the time, in fact today I have a nice cup lentil I plan on making, cause im a genius!

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

they aren't expensive on boxing day sales

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

or craigslist when people want to upgrade to newer models. I got one for $20!

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

holy moly guys I had no idea those of you who do this existed. I kind of want to be you one day.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yes. yes we do. problem?

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I neither own a Keurig nor eat ramen, but if I did, I'd buy a Keurig at a thrift shop or garage sale. I see them all the time for ~ $5.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

oh and for all the university student comments- I'm in school too and no way I'm buying a keurig! gotta buy books!

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn straight I do!!

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Everyone eats cup noodles. Its only a matter of when...

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I won a Kuerig and I fucking love Cup-o-Noodles.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

sometimes i have more money and i like to buy nice things and then i go back to being poor.

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Don't know why you got downvoted. Everyone does this, they just don't like to admit it.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How dare you spend money on things when you have a little extra!! RAGE! idk, thats how im assuming that went

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I do.... >.>

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

my parents own a Keurig. since the k-cups are so expensive we use it for instant coffee, and ramen.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ofcourse not, they buy kobe beef and spend 6 hours in the kitchen, wealthy people never work to earn money, so they have plenty of time.

13 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 6

You're right. Becoming wealthy doesn't come from working a job. It comes from working your money. Now go do it.

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE WEALTHY TO OWN A FUCKING KEURIG!

13 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

:) I do. The water is heated as soon as the button is pushed.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I own a keurig, and eat cup noodles ;3

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

university students

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't even know what a Keurig is...

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

as a college student: yes. yes, I did that all the time instead of boiling water in the microwave.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

my first thought...

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

you never have too much money for a cup o'noodle

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

let the water run for a second so the noodles don't taste like coffee!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I live with my parents and they have a Keurig, does that count?

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As an engineer: diy porn is the best

13 years ago | Likes 741 Dislikes 9

As another engineer... I could care less about most of these :P

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

As a masturbator, I agree.

13 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 0

As another engineer: it depends on your application

13 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

God, I read that as "dry porn"

13 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

"Bite the pillow, i'm going in dry"

13 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Did somebody say DIY porn? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdjYVF4a6iU

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Wonder why you were downvoted... maybe somebody didn't click link thinking was actual porn?

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

no, it's because my anti-war and atheist opinions attract a bunch of delusional haters who downvote all my comments. this one's next

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I'm very aroused

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

totally fapped to this gallery (twice)

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a woman who likes to work with her hands: agreed.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's like good amateur, it's real and there's love in it.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What kind of an engineer are you?

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Studying mechanical and manufacturing. Usually I work with bigger machinery but love hands-on home-made projects.

13 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

ah, I'm studying chemical engineering; I guess you could say it's the least hands-on engineering.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

I disagree. I am a petroleum engineer. I have never had my hands on anything other than a computer my whole career.

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Haha! Clever! I totally agree, but I still love my work, it's super rewarding. PS I wonder why our posts got down-voted though :/

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

As another mechanical engineer, I completely agree and feel the same way!

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

You know what I use as an "occasional table" in bed? My belly.

13 years ago | Likes 1435 Dislikes 7

mine is either a book or the kitchen cutting board.. :/

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are you an Otter?

13 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

They have perfectly good tummies!

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Best to keep the bedroom as the love room. The less bedroom distractions like a TV you have the more love focused you are.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a pregnant woman, I too do this

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It make no sense. Why cut down trees for tables when we have perfectly good tummies to eat off of??

13 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I hope they credited Churchill for that one.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

being unable to comfortably rest my dishes on my tummy or boobs is the only time I regret being fit. I feel this regret often (every meal).

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You gotta give us time to guess!

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Haha yes.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We have perfectly good bellehs to eat off of!

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's exactly what I'm doing right now..

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You know what ladies use as an occasionally seat? My face.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Man I'm jealous! What's an adequate size ratio for it to be effective? I'm taking serious considerations..

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sometimes I wish I were larger so that this could work.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a woman, I use my boobs.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

if your a guy you should be careful, if your computer heats up it could lower your sperm count if your balls get warm for extended times.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

that's nice. I use my boobs, it's not that messy in a way - the distance is shorter you know.

13 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 4

Also works nicely as a pencil holder when filling sudokus or crosswords.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I put my laptop on my boobs if I'm looking but then I have to move it to my tummy if I want to write. Like right now..

13 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

It's an excellent shelving system, I just throw my phone/ipod on them if my laptop's on my stomach.

13 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Ditto. Also avoids getting cleavage crumbs as cleavage is already covered with food.

13 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In retrospect, I probably could have gone for a different piece of anatomy and made a different joke.

13 years ago | Likes 96 Dislikes 1

proportions necessary in this context would have made you a monster, lol. And by this I mean table proportions.

13 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

As a pregnant woman, I do this more than occasionally

13 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

I couldn't when I was pregnant. My son got mad and started kicking at my laptop by 4 months.

13 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Pics or GTFO. You better..... ....deliver.

13 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 4

My phone won't let me see the OP I responded to and I can't remember either. What do you want pics of?

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nothing. Just mucking around.

13 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Does it specifically have to be 2/5?

13 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1
