Literally the case with me and both of my sisters we each have a different parent in common but I've genuinely never seen either of them as "half-sisters" may have to do with that fact I was the baby of the family and only learned later about the lack of common parents

I have every kind of sibling EXCEPT full blooded, lol. Half-sister and half-brother, adopted sister, and two step-brothers on my mom's side, and on my dad's side a half-sister. It's exhausting trying to keep track of what is what, so they're just brothers and sisters.

Went to a new dental hygienist today and made small talk after -- she and her co-worker sister had done 23'n'me or whatever and found out they had a full-blooded sibling. When questions, parents confessed they'd gotten pregnant at 14 and her parents made them put the kid up for adoption. They're now in contact with him and he even lives in their city.
