Most a just early fails rather than 'endings'. W for example is one you can get very early on in the game. E is the 'true' ending, or how the story is supposed to end.
My dad passed unexpectedly in January. I knew straight away when I found him, he was gone, but when the emergency services person instructed me to do CPR I certainly did, just in case there was a chance. 30 minutes it took paramedics to arrive and the fact they didn't try anything at all when they arrived was soul crushing. They just stuck a heart monitor on him confirmed no pulse and said he was dead.

Excuse my ignorance, but I'm used to Emergency services (police, fire, ambulance, coastguard, mountain rescue) being only a 999 call away anywhere in the country. What do you do if you get yourself into a bit of bother, that would usually require an ambulance?
