The shape of the rooster leads me to think it has a genetic deformity as well, or has recovered from severe trauma
The goose has a natural deformity. Others may be abused to keep show animals docile, but they all look healthy otherwise. Possibly a rescue?
My first comment: Pick up a little racing drone for him and use it as a lead. Both of my Grey's LOVE it and I haven't met one who doesn't.
