I did brush twice a day I will admit my check ups were difficult it was never just a check up it would be crown or root canal every check up cost me 2-4k in the end All together I am probably at around 20k for dental I have multiple sclerosis it’s linked to your body not processing vitamin d right or having low vitamin d this is also used for making bones Earlier this year I had 4 vertebra fused in my neck I am 38 I am not here to complain I am doing alright my kids are healthy and happy
