It just does! I was so thankful for my Manager coming in early(as per usual) and letting me debrief! It’s always nice to know it’s a normal feeling and that I am normal for feeling this way!

I had to go so bad, I walked into a convenience store and the bathroom was out of order, so I had to walk around back and shit behind the dumpster. 🤷🏽 it was that it in my car.

Ifyou’re doing your job supporting the excellent nursing care then you are as much a reason for the superhero accolade. For every unreasonable, patient care denying, violent family member, violent patient, bomb threat sending, lazy staff member, police harassment, unnecessary meeting that should have been an email that you take care of, or change of policy you deserve the a superhero accolade. Whenever you let us take our bereavement leave, call in sick, provide OT you are a superhero!Thank you!
