Same here in Oceanside. With our water shortage, I would encourage a fake lawn or watering at night.
As a Californian, we would not have as big of a "water problem" if we didn't waste water to make our lawns look like Ireland.
Meanwhile I have no choice but to travel with my US passport, I have to file my taxes to the US worldwide, and it costs $2,500 to renounce.
