I have checked into this briefly as well. Very generally speaking, a little mold doesn't really affect a human. Of course more scientific exceptions apply, but we are not talking picking up some moldy cheese in a biohazard area, it's just food in our fridge. I have worked at 2 places where the owner or CEO also owned the building where the company leased the office space. It's not bad for productivity, but bad for those folks pockets. We see this kind of self investment and fancy accounting everywhere in Corp america. Take healthcare companies that own the health provider system, the PBA, the pharmacy, the store that hosts the pharmacy, the pharma company itself. People cannot trust businesses are acting in good faith with them.
I read an article about how too tech company CEO's don't even let their kids use their own companies tech. Education for top CEOs these days are studies in Philosophy, Psychiatry, Ethics, Fine Arts, and some Economics, Finance etc. They train to understand society and people so they can develop brands, brand loyalty, and manipulate people to buy. These skills are universal across all businesses.
I read she didn't go that far, thought that was out of scope of the question before the court. They did say that it wasn't based on any legal decisions since it was decided the case was filed for manipulative purposes and therefore a fraud on the court. Referred attorneys to bar review as well.
