Obstacle avoidance isn't superhuman. Although after this crash I was able to connect my phone to it, take off and fly out of this person's front yard and back to me.
Other than that, not many issues at all. The shape is a bit awkward. My HoverAir X1 folds in half and fits in a jersey pocket which is very convenient, but it's not half as capable.
Ah yeah I've had my previous drones do that. When you're using gesture control it only tracks humans, and I bet it suffers from that same issue. When you use the phone or a controller though, you outline what you want to track - it'll do cars, cats, whatever. I suspect that is a lot more reliable!
My favorite thing about these glasses is that people are now calling me a pedophile because I record with a GoPro on a chest rig and they aren't smart enough to know the difference.
Normally I don't bother when we're traveling, just because police departments vary so much (there's a story in the news right now of a cyclist who reported a close pass... and the police charged him with reckless cycling for not moving out of the way, £1200).
This ride was in North Wales though and a quick search on Reddit indicates a lot of success reporting there, so maybe I will!
Avanti is USUALLY the best, albeit with reservation required, their high speed trains have a large roll-in storage space in the front car and they have 2 reserved seats for cyclists in the first passenger car that you can use (even if you have other assigned seating) so you're only like 10 feet away. I didn't realise some of their trains are like this.

One time a few years ago she got a little sunburn with peeling skin on her nose. I do put sunscreen on her but she licks it off of course.
Usually spot all kinds of stuff in the background! These long countryside rides are a bit tedious though, hours and hours of quiet country roads.

A few people asked how I could leave Sigrid in the van during breakfast when it's so hot - we eat very early so we can get on the road and cycle all day! It's not hot at all parked in the shade at 7am. Almost chilly actually!

I'm not pushing a stroller 10 miles to visit this place lol. Nor am I riding the bus for a couple hours or whatever WITH a big stroller, when cycling is easier, faster and cheaper. They don't want my business and now they don't have it. 🤷♂️

You can't fly over big crowds of people, but otherwise sub-250g drones are more or less free to do whatever. Of course you still have liability if you hit something/someone.
Main issues here are that Royal Parks don't allow drones, and that "downtown" London where all the fun tourist stuff is is almost entirely no-fly because of the airports and helipads.
Oh, and while the goggles are fun, technically you have to have a line of sight spotter with you.

Yeah I'm a registered drone operator and all that (this is my third drone sponsorship). UK is a bit weird in that they treat it a lot like they treat trespassing... unless it's specifically forbidden by local bylaws, you can just do it until someone asks you not to. Ie, don't make a nuisance of yourself.
TBH with the goggles it feels like a video game. I kept having to remind myself that bad things would happen if I crashed into a train or whatever.
It is really fascinating have another perspective though, this is probably what short people feel like when they stand on a chair.
Purina has a cat food (Pro Plan Liveclear) which does this as well. We did an ad for them, no idea if it works though since I'm not allergic and Sigrid doesn't produce much allergen in the first place. She's never actually triggered anyone's allergies (except for Matt Lucas SUPPOSEDLY, who then got us kicked out of a book signing in Waterstones).
