Why that breed as an alternative? Kelpies are super common in here in Australia where they're from but I'm not sure I've ever seen a Xolo. Are they similar temperament?
The waist on that skirt is quite high, it's not sitting on her hips that's probably contributing to making her upper legs look longer than they are.
