There are different flavors and 'spiciness' levels for different cultivars, of which there are hundreds. Those cultivars are split between hardneck and softneck varieties. If you like garlic, support your local farmers at a farmer's market! You'll usually notice a large difference in quality if you buy from them vs a large chain store

Maybe once I find a better job. Got to keep my phone open for interviews and such. Thanks for the tip though

Yup.. between medical debt and credit card debt (had emergency surgery, couldn't work, had to live off credit.. now making 60% less than I was), I can get up to 25 calls in a day.. usually from 2 companies. Fuck them all.

Trump put the team in a no-win situation.. they don't play him and lose, many people are angry with them for not using him.. play him and win, and it's a win, but possibly because of corruption

With this heat, I have to leave my window unit on 24/7 at 63. Even then my apartment is at 77ish. If I turn it off when I leave for work, it'll be at least 84 when I get home. Then it takes 5+ hours to get it back to 77. Top floor of an old house issues

Former public pool operator here.. yes, they have dress codes for a reason. The fabrics can cause issues with the filters. Will a couple people jumping in once a year cause any issues? Nooooope. And nothing that a cleanse of the filter pit wouldn't fix anyways. Synopsis? Fucking stupid headline, as I'd expect from the rag of a paper

Pshhh, well I could throw a third of that distance.. maybe. Let's see her do that, then I'll be impressed.

I was having a bad reaction to an antidepressant.. Called my doctor freaking out. He dismissed it and mocked it, saying it was the only way I'd ever feel better. Turned to alcohol instead to manage my anxiety disorder. Guess how that turned out for me..
Just like those magical couple teachers out of the whole bunch, there is not an abundance great, caring doctors out there either. You're lucky to find one who really cares

As a restaurant worker, I really miss being able to go to a Meijer at 2am.. on the other hand, I'm happy people aren't stuck there all night making less than $15 an hour

My friend had that and eventually got over it.. so there's hope!

Add a little simple syrup to the gimlet if you're using regular lime juice. It classically used Rose's lime, such is sweetened

That's an impossible poll.. DEATH is my favorite minor character, probably Vimes as a larger role character. But there's also Tiffany.. and Moist. Is too difficult. Ooook

If Trump and Xi are making a deal on the Strait, I'm pretty sure Trump said he wouldn't lift a finger if China moves on Taiwan

There has long been the Andes strain that has spread between people. As far as the ship goes, people are spending weeks in close proximity. And the spread probably was mostly done via contact with rodent fecal matter/urine.

You too! I would be in bed and it was at 110bpm. It was miserable. I'm glad that your medication is helping you

One of the times I got COVID, it popped my heart rate up by about 20bpm (higher in some circumstances) for over a month. It sucked talking a leisurely walk and having my heart rate up past 130. A bit over 2 years later and it's still higher than it should be. I know it has messed with me long term in other ways too..

I hate this place.. if there was a justice system, they should've made him pay $200ml. How else do the rich understand that there are consequences to their actions? That was rhetorical. Our whole legal system is designed to protect the wealthy

That varies greatly. Born in the early 90s and I spent much of my childhood running around the woods alone. Depends on parents and location

Impeachment hasn't done anything to Trump in the past, so there isn't much point to do it again. They need to spend time reversing policies and cutting presidential power

I'm from Michigan and was doing some work in the mountains in Tennessee.. almost impossible to understand some of the hill folk there lol

Maybe... But they would rather the US does it. They're too close and already too hated in the Middle East. Idk if they'd risk it. And they know Trump would want his name tied to the Big Beautiful Bomb. So if a nuke gets dropped, it'll probably be by Trump and Kegsbreath

In mid to late 1800s, most of the lower peninsula of Michigan was clear cut. A decent bit of the upper peninsula too. Massive fires broke out, largely due to the clear cutting. Something like 3.5 million acres burned in two fires in the Great Lakes region, and are still the deadliest fires in US history. I always wish I could've seen the Americas before we fucked it

He's just desperately throwing out stuff to different groups to try to bolster his falling poll numbers due to his idiotic war
