Tuna steaks are awesome, pan sear, dip in soy with wasabi. EFFEN yum.
Don't be intimidated by beef steak, the worst you can do is overcook it. I cook hot and fast and start with a table-warm, marinated/seasoned steak every time. If you're too raw, you can always put back on the grill, or in the pan as PizzaCraig mentioned.
My wife eats good. I usually steal a bite or two of her steaks.
