No no, it's definitely a work. It's arts though, a compilation of how ever the AI draws those images it's trained on together. The work isn't the prompters, it's all 1s and 0s.

I haven't read many articles, but one I did said he was scoping out Biden speeches as well. Sounded like the man wanted the even lesser of two evils. Registered to Republican, donated to Democrats (albeit through a third party). It would be a more interesting world if he had been successful twice.
You can't vote for a matyr and he has left the Republican party so disjointed that they will fight for decades over their dumb bullshit for power before ever getting back on their feet. An assassination would be more interesting, but a dead trump would be a great outcome for American politics.
I don't think there's a framework for legality in this. The morality is determined by society as a whole with a kind of zeitgeist, but we aren't there yet either. I'm happy for people to meme with it, or set a baseline for works they want to do and then build their own from there. As long as it's not purely AI creations being sold without any notification that it's happening, I'm happy with its use.
As long as no profit is being made from it, sure. You put your work out there, there is a reasonable chance someone will rework it.
