Liver is healthy until you’re consuming it in any real quantity. Then you start running the risk of vitamin A poisoning. As in current FDA guidelines suggest that adults shouldn’t eat more than ONE 3-4 ounce serving A WEEK.

I’d recommend reading the comment thread because I make it pretty explicitly who I mean. I’m not gonna give ya a tldr.

That’s why witches in the old stories always used a slow roasting method. The fat renders and the meat becomes super tender.

And that third decided the election and now progressives are whining up a storm. Sit down and be quiet - the adults are talking.

I never said that they would vote for her. Just that they’d actually show the fuck up at all. You know. The opposite of what progressive voters tend to do. I get that thinking thro things is hard.

I’d always go to the reliable voters. Because they’re reliable voters. Progressives pout and stay home and are thus unreliable voters when they don’t get their way. Which is why we’re in this mess.

Then you know that not enough of the other side upheld it. Which is my point.

If vote blue no matter who was an actual thing, we prob wouldn’t be in this mess. Instead we got ~35mil progressives who pouted and stayed home during the last presidential election. You don’t get to sit out an election and then when a candidate you do like gets the nomination cry foul when others are saying they’re gonna do the same thing. You are right that it’s a contract - but BOTH sides have to uphold it.

And sorry. It’s 2/3 of the budget hole. My point stands.

4 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 14

*12bil budget hole. And all you have to do is read the other comments on this post. It’s the establishment Dems that gave him that money. But fuck them amirite? Lmfao.

4 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 14

Really? Cuz I haven’t seen one post giving credit to NYS bailing out NYC. All I see is all how Mamdami is doing all this great work. Work which wouldn’t happen with a 8bil budget hole. Work that’s being financed largely by the rest of the state. So unless you’re gonna sit there and tell me with a straight face that there are 0 other cities in NYS that couldn’t have used the state supporting 3/4 of their budget, you can sit down and be quiet.

I learned young to work my wage. One of the best lessons I learned when I was young.

Easy to believe? Yes. Real? No.

5 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

What’s sad is that it’s entirely plausible that a MAGA voter would say that. Like - it shouldn’t be this easy to believe that they’d say something like that.

Tbf the checkers pieces need more saliva in them cuz we all know he’s tried to eat them.

I read the image w/o reading your title (and I’m sorry you feel that way) and it was weird to me that a mouse would be sad that it was poisonous because that would mean it wants to get eaten but knows it never will.

See? That wasn’t so hard. But here’s the issue: I’m not op. If that was your point, make it to them. And your comment has 0 relevance to mine.

Most courts have found that passcodes are protected under the 5th (can’t compel speech that would self-incriminate because they require telling the authorities something that is not in plain sight altho SCOTUS has yet to rule.

And…? Keep typing - you haven’t made a point yet.

Depends on the reflex. Reflexes generally don’t involve the brain - and the brain suppresses the reflex signal through its own motor signals - so if the reflex reappears it can signify damage in that relay.

5 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For some. Others it’s if the reflex is there there’s damage.

To be fair McConnell hasn’t voted in any of the senate votes that have been held since the senate has a quorum without him. And the house rep could have just not voted. But def kudos to her for holding a belief strong enough in whatever bill was up to go to those lengths to represent her constituents.

What’s amazing is that these (and others) are almost always present at birth - the baby just does these things in response to stimuli. They disappear as the baby develops motor control - and for some of them we can use them to determine neurological damage in adults.

6 days ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Ya - or at least that’s what we think. There’s also the rooting (touch the cheek and the baby will turn that direction and try to nurse), the Babinski (slide your finger along the outside of the foot and it’ll flex out - used to determine spinal cord damage in adults) and a lot of others. My favorite is the Moro - the baby will fling both its legs and arms SUPER wide and then pull them in super quick trying to grab something - usually happens when there’s a sudden position change.

And what’s your solution? Enable someone to be able to just say “I know you broke the law so whatever punishment I want to deliver is Ok?” We’ve tried that before. It doesn’t work out well for a lot of people who aren’t rich, white, and male.

Only if the onion was attached to your belt, which was the style at the time.
