Opps, didnt mean to hit enter - ... so it was really bouncy, ill post some pics - but the tension from the short (harbor freight little pack of bungies of various lengths) was needed and I put it such to prevent bounce on front light...
If you look closely at the head-light, I did put a bungie around the light because the mounting neck on the light+CLIP-grommet to your wall is typically stationary...
