Outside of trans panic, it is generally my experience that the procedure for entering a bathroom that does not align with the custodian's gender involves, knocking, verbal notification, waiting (if needed), marking or blocking entrances (to indicate presence), and not just walking in and peeing.As for the bathroom bans, themselves, it is all the same rhetoric that was used to explain why homosexuals should be jailed and "corrected" (tortured by psychiatric facilities) back in the day.

Actual kids shouldn't have to pay rent, but should have human rights, so I have never really considered this thought compelling.A more relevant question might be "under what other law are you required to use and risk your own body to preserve the life of another?" You cannot be compelled to give blood, or donate a kidney or half your liver, etc., because you have a right to decide whether you want to risk your own body to keep someone else alive.
That is the better plan, I agree, especially if you DO get arrested, but, in theory, Faraday cages are effective against tracking. In practice, online purchases are often trash.

If someone sees footage of the protest sign before a vandalism, then sees you with that protest sign, there is a good chance of a conviction, there.

As a trans woman without a bio degree, it is super fascinating! Whether it is genetic, epigenetic, structural/developmental, or some combination, I really want to know more! Here's hoping that those motivated by learning continue to research it, si we can learn more from them!

Sometimes people box in their own behavior based on a label they have given themselves. This usually seems to be strongest when a label becomes an identity.It takes a lot of forms: "I'm stupid, I can't learn that." "I'm a punker, I wouldn't be into that." "I'm straight, so this can't be attraction."There are so many more, but in the end, free seems better.
I agree, fully. Categorization is what kept us alive, early on, and it has helped in advancing various technologies. Where we seem to get in trouble seems to be by deciding the category is absolute and sharp, when reality is not so tidy. It is a part of that useful instinct, so moderating it will be a permanent and ongoing process.
