I have sound machines, loud fans, ear plugs etc. What would you do?

I have a frozen mug in the freezer, and so far after fighting with AI who hung up on me, refused to let me log into the pharmacy website, and then refused to let me talk to a pharmacy tech on the phone, having a chain smoker right outside my window when they know I have asthma, and a demonic schizophrenic paranoid neighbor eavesdropping and heckling me while I'm trying to figure out why the pharmacy is messing up the medication and then arguing with me when I finally get a human.. beer will be

Sometimes, I wish people would be 'Clockwork Oranged' too much. (where they are forced to listen to loud music for a very long time with brainwashing to be nonviolent and decent, but deeply damaged people)

That is not as complicated as it looks.. the expression on the right the one on the left but without dimensions.
