It seems OP doesn't understand the word. 1 is correct on the industry scale, 2 may be wrong for that sentence, 3 is correct but dumb.

It's a bit clunky but .. The Department of the Navy (DoN) is the parent of : The US Navy , The US Marine Corps and The US Coast Guard.

Wow, having no law background, I would have assumed a clause forbidding legal advice would make the contract pretty weak legally.
Helps draw attention to the issue, not the individual. if you really want to go lynching you can track down the "public" original

Yeh faircall. "Almost every" I just read as 'every' tbh. There are def horribly exaggerated accents, not majority, just more noticeable imo
and there's a lot of voice coaching behind the scenes. Note how an ABC News Radio reporter has a distinct sound for example
