Chew toys (bully sticks or pigs ears also). Once he has something he can chew, when he bites you, give him a no command and hold his snout.

I had a CRD (Common rail diesel) Jeep. Can't tell you how many times i was getting fuel and men wld run up to me "ma'am!!! That is Diesel!"
