I didn't do anything this wild but we did freeze bait in chum water around hooks. Could cast it way out there and as it melts it releases tons of scent to attract fish. I have also seen the potato gun concept used, freeze a cylinder of bait on a hook plus chum. Use the home made air cannon to launch the bait way out there.
Oooh we in the mid USA they sell these 12-24 packs of like 1/2 of a shot of fireball (cinnamon) liquor at every gas station. You can just walk around the side of any road and find tons of empty bottles. Cinnamon covers the smell and you only open 1 drink at a time so you don't get caught and get a open liquor ticket. People just throw them out the window. I hate them.
15 years ago he used to be reasonable, now it is just a right wing agenda. I agree a lot of people are wastefully spending but it is not everyone. He wont ever blame the system. He will only blame you.

When you meet people one on one, most people are still good. There are definitely states I wouldn't move to. Traveling is mostly still good and people are ok. If you are a minority then there are still areas to avoid. That is the sad state of the country. You can Google sundown towns and get a list but all levels of our government do little to change it
