You're an anonymous rando on friggin' imgur dot com; a video from Folketinget posted on the MP's own Facebook profile is plenty reliable, you dingus.

It took me literally less than 5 seconds to find several videos of it, for example on her own Facebook profile where it's the very first thing you see. So you can't find one, or can't be bothered to search?!

Because of course, a Dane knows better and has better insight into the history of others than they have themselves.

Yes, the damn nerve of that uppity Greenlander, voted into Folketinget to represent Greenland, of pulling a fast one on the poor, resource-less Folketing! They've only had over a century to establish procedures for those 4 MPs who don't speak Danish! Naughty girl!

By the way, isn't the Danish navy supposed to patrol the waters of the Danish Kingdom? Inspect suspicious ships loitering suspiciously?

Sure, we'll stop trading food with the Russians once you do. Oh, and when the EU opens their markets to our products so we don't have to slash a third of our exports, and cause cause thousands of (of our 55000 population) to lose their jobs at once. And while we're at it, why don't we suck your collective dicks too? Maybe cut ourselves, and roll around in shit and wait for sepsis to kill us off as well.

"32.3% of slaves voted to be freed with nothing but beatings and fresh scars on their back, with 31.4% to stay at the plantation and be fed, but with a ball and chain around each foot, and a spiked collar around their neck. But whatever, just pile on the fucking disinformation." This is what you're saying, to put a US-friendly spin on it. No fucking wonder the turn-out sucked - those were the options we were *forced* to choose between! Unsupported independence post-WW2, or cultural *death*

Fuck off, Brutha. And when you're done fucking off, keep fucking off even more. You have absolutely no fucking idea what you're talking about apart from a slapdash google-search for some numbers that validate your white-washed narrative. 500 characters doesn't cut it in showing you how fucking wrong and ignorant Danes are of their own history; 500 *pages* would only serve as an introduction. Learn some goddamn humility, and own up to the sins of your fucking past.

We tried leaving once. Folketinget didn't like it, so they dissolved our government, and declared it invalid. We tried making a modern constitution. Folketinget threw a fit, and ordered it buried "or get kicked out of not just the kingdom BUT THE ENTIRE NORDIC COMMUNITY" We once got into a trade dispute with the EU, and Denmark couldn't be assed to defend us; so we were forced to trade with Russia instead. And now Folketinget is having a apoplectic fit about that, too. Pis mig i øret, brutha.

She did, though. Listen to the damn speech AND the introduction.

They *were* "warned" ahead of time. The chairman even introduced her speak, telling the parliament she would be speaking Greenlandic. They made *ZERO* effort to accommodate her! The shit-stirring going on is entirely Danish.

That's not what happened. That's the opposite of what happened.

Yeah, of course; it is just water after all. But it's specifically the surface pools that has scientists alarmed, since they lower the albedo of the ice, which absorbs more light/heat, which melts more water, etc. AFAIR, most of the normal melting is supposed to go on underneath the glacier where it meets the bedrock.

This is very much *not* normal, and glaciologists have been raising the alarm about this for as long as I can remember.

Yeah, I mostly skip the "mythos" episodes when I rewatch the show nowadays. Some of them can be tense, but most are just... eh.

The rings were so unreliable, though. Sure, it looked really cool when my cousin could flip the top on his M1911 and insert a new ring, but it was cause for celebration if 1 in 4 trigger-pulls actually made any noise. My strip-fed revolver, OTOH, worked (nearly) all of the time. Plus, I didn't have to reload all the time :D
