I think manslaughter would be an extreme. I do believe they need to be punished though. Which would be more of child neglect.
I was going off my experience in the army. And I didn't want to say something that was wrong, but thank you.

You use it as a speed loader. Even though the effectiveness would be comprised compared to just carrying extra 30 round mags.

And for the safety of yourself and everyone else please don't smoke and drive.
Im not a fan of the way beer taste, and liquor is to pricy. The major thing is don't be stereotypical. Having high hobbies is awesome (p2)
