When you get 583 you need to take the middle number and add it to the outer numbers. So 53 + 8 = 61.
it probably was drained. could be an empty 180 gallon glass tank

I think it’s saying it’s weird to roll it up that high. Your elbows shouldn’t be visible IMO. Just below the elbow is where it should be.
