Like what are the advertised benefits?
Can someone explain what the point of this bill is. Why would anyone push for it? How do they sell it to the average joe?

It's waaaay more than 10k. Intel alone have created around 7. Apple another 5. Between tech and pharma it's well into the 100k jobs.

Sound like OP is getting confused between quality and quantity. The food (including the steak) in the US isn't the best. It's just that 1/2
