If you can scratch it easily with a metal nail, it's soapstone. If a regular nail chips off flakes it's chalk. Grey after washing = limeston

Go find a $12 bag of light, medium, and dark roast coffee and brew them with your current brewing device. See which one you like. 1/2

That's an inkcap, don't drink alcohol the 24 hours before or after eating it and it's fine to eat. I don't because they're messy and small.
