I lived there for 6 years. It’s made huge strides over the last 40 years and was a great place to live. The “yinz’ers” are very mid-west
2/2 purely personal preference here, but look for ways to balance salty/savory with sweet. Mascarpone on toasted stone fruit to me is too sweet.
