No one in canada ever trusted trump in the first term or the 2nd term. We held to the deals we made because we hold to our word, and when the other side breaks the deal, we are free to do what benefits us, such as telling y'all to get bent and making new trade agreements all over the world, leaving US in the dust.

I could see the argument if minimum wage was the legal minimum for part-time students under 18 living at home with no living expenses. But it's the same minimum for anyone in any circumstance. Maybe create a "dependents" minimum wage, if you're being claimed taxwise as a dependent then $10/hour is maybe ok. Then again, businesses would just abuse that by only hiring young students, so nevermind.
A live-action remake of Roots, that's what they'll do next. No actors or filmcrew needed, though.

He's always cast as a villain (and he's an AMAZING villain), but i think this is his best role ever. Doc Cochrane is the ultimate Switzerland. And he's so empathetic, and still giving shit to both sides, especially Swearengen, he's a timid guy with balls of steel, somehow, and he pulls it off. I can't think of a better acted character. He takes what is on paper "oh, come on!" And makes it 100% believable.
