Just a boring college student studying to become an orthotist/prosthetist some day. Parks & Rec is quite obviously my favorite show. If you don't think Perd Hapley single handedly makes that show then I will respect your opinion and probably not do anything. Although, if you agree with me then we can definitely be friends. Someday I will go through and make gifs of every Perd scene but college is rough and I definitely don't have the time nor skill to do such a thing.
