I live in the Northwestern USA, and for now I shuffle papers, answer the phone, and write paychecks for a living. I love cooking/baking, arts & crafts, hiking, and my dog.
There are a few things that sometimes make it difficult to image gallstones. It could be a really small one that is stuck in the neck of the gallbladder, or it could be made of minerals that don't show up very well on ultrasound, or there could be gas pockets in your intestines that are obstructing the view. It is also possible that you have passed the stone, but the doctors still want to do surgery to remove the gallbladder for other reasons. I hope you feel better soon!
That is the most squishable tax I've ever seen!
That is some quality dog tax.
"If I remember correctly, it was because she could not say with 100% confidence whether she was penetrated with his penis or his finger. And apparently one qualifies as rape, while the other doesn't."
They make folding sets of stairs too, if that's easier for them. I have a Range Kleen Camp Step that folds flat and helps my old boy get into the back of my CRV without much trouble.
My GSD is 12, and also prefers stairs. He wouldn't use a ramp even when treats were offered, but he happily climbs a little set of folding stairs. I don't understand the dog logic, but I'm happy that he still gets excited to go for a drive.
Absolutely loved this post. Thank you so much for sharing.
Ah yes, the ugly ass women. What a pair of reprobates. The pretty ass women would never lower themselves to fighting over a good deal.
Is she carrying a hatchet?
Right front paw is the piddlefoot.
When I took it, our professor made us solve Heisenberg's Theory for one of the exams. It was brutal.
Boris the pup sends his sleepiest regards.
Her expression combined with the kibble all over the floor is killing me. She has no regrets.

It's new to me, thank you for sharing.
Thank you! The actor looked so familiar when I watched Fallout, but I couldn't figure out where I had seen him before.
Congratulations on your improved health! You look fantastic.
Are you going to eat those pickles?
Thank you, I was very confused.
Did that man just pour a packet of sugar into a mug of orange juice?
I had to memorize the Jabberwocky in the sixth grade. I am 45 years old and I can still recite the entire thing.
Nope, that's a bull. You can see them dangling when he exits the shed.
It's awesome that he is changing and becoming a more stable person. But it's important to remember that you are changing and growing, too. You have every right to make choices that foster healthy growth for you. It's hard to disappoint people, especially people that hold an important place in our lives. But it is so vitally important to remember to love yourself, and to set yourself up for success. Make the hard decisions, and take care of yourself and your son first.
It depends on who is saying that. If it's someone I'm close to, I would find it a bit hurtful. I rarely wear makeup, but when I do it's because I'm putting in special effort to look nice. If a stranger or casual acquaintance said that to me, I'd be be very annoyed. It isn't a compliment, it's an unwelcome critique over something that is not their business. I am a person, not an inanimate object that exists to please the sensibilities of random entitled strangers.
From what I have learned while working on a masters degree in forensic psychology, the fine line is whether or not the person has control over their actions. A mentally ill person may react or behave aggressively because they can't control their actions. Someone who is just being a jerk can control themselves, but choose to be a jerk.
And have the borogroves gone all mimsy?
My dog does this when you scritch just the right spot. It's the cutest.
