I had a teacher like that who'd openly mock you in class for failing some exam. He was so demotivating I gave up on his subject all together. He was fired years later for showering with some of his female students on a school camp trip. It's been 20 years and I still wouldn't piss down that man's throat if his kidneys caught fire.
Another issue worsened by digital only copies of games. They frequently upcharge old copies to make them less interesting compared to remasters or new editions of the games.
I've always found this argument so silly. The reason plastic is in everything is because its a cheap alternative and waste products from oil production. There are alternatives that have and will be used more in future. The same reason oil from the ground replaced whale oil in the past, just simple market forces. If anything this argument can be used in favor or preserving as much of our finite fossil fuels as possible and thus we should push for more solar, wind etc.
