Can confirm it wasn't a hair, was a stalk from the herbs! :)
It makes them nice and crispy! Also it does indeed prevent sticking and gives them an awesome colour.
My housemate made some amazing yorkshire puddings to go with it! I didn't get a photo of them sadly though, we were very hungry haha.
..unpeeled and crushed so the flavours can seep out. Cook in the oven until crispy and golden brown (45-60 mins at about 180c/356f) :)
..oven (for about 5 mins), place on the tray of hot oil with more herbs of your choice (we used rosemary and thyme) and some garlic cloves..
Par boiled the potatoes (7-8 mins), drain them in colander and roughen, add herbs of your choice, salt & pepper. Heat a tray of oil in the..
