I don't see anything said about junk food in the video or excess of food though. I understand what you're assuming, but I don't think the concerns or solutions should target the bodies, they also are victims (if they are addicted to junk food) and the blaming process is just another exclusion or phobia.

Is that specific to that shape ? I always thought you wanted the cutting part to be kinda soft so you can sharpen it at a smaller angle, which is harder to do on a hard metal ( I thought that was one of the main diff between Japanese blades and others). Did I get it all wrong ?
