Its her remote work that allows her to complete her day job while looking after the companions of others that have to go in to the office and work with their hands, like yours truly, the welder. While I can understand a CEO wanting to fill all the chairs in an office building they pay for to justify the costs, sometimes situations like this make me thing we could migrate workstyle to a different format to make things like this possible.
