In Speed Walking competitions it is illegal to have both feet off the ground at the same time. At that point it is considered running. The lady in Blue and Yellow is doing just that for consecutive steps.

Stroke Nurse here, when you call 911, you need to know when was their "Last Known Normal", not when did someone find them or when did you notice the symptoms. This is vital. You have 4 hours to get the medicine TPA, alteplase, but you have up to 24 hours to get a Thrombectomy where they remove the clot causing the blockage. Lastly, go to a "comprehensive stroke facility" that can do this Thrombectomy.
