The way the democrats flipped out when Mamdani won, and continue to bash him despite all the good he's doing has me convinced that at a national scale voting is a joke and both sides are malignant. One actively hurts you and the other gets off on watching it happen.

so...the law is that guns can be sent to a persons home if they complete an online BGC versus going to an FFL and doing the BGC and getting the gun. it kinda just takes the middleman out of the situation but i can see the concern.

African Americans: Welcome to the Club. First Time?

that logic would have applied to Bush and Reagan before him. both were liar, grifters, criminals and warmongers. but its orange monkey man that suddenly polarizes the world. incredible.

this, historically, meant that any time US equipment went up against Soviet equipment. The side using US made weapons had a major and decisive advantage. Now, because of Trump, we actually have countries thinking the US has put like...kill switches and shit in our weapons, which would be asinine since it means our OWN weapons would be susceptible to attack. Trump has harmed US prestige so hard countries would rather risk buying historically shit tier weapons than proven technology

in recent history, there were really only 2 big sources for advanced weapons. The USSR and the US. The USSR very blatantly relied on what they called the 'monkey model' process by which they sold various nations versions of their weapons that were missing key technological advancements like Night Vision and thermal optics for tanks or latest model radar for Aircraft. The US on the other hand always supplied its weapons with almost the entire functional suite of then current technology

Weapons platforms are DECADES long committments. You are saying that youd gimp your nations defense by buying 3rd rate weapon platforms because you dont like a guy who by law wont be around to have a say in anything long before you even start getting them? like, trump will be dead and gone before Canada has even received half of the alloted F35's from the original purchase plan.

crypto isnt an 'investment' and thats why assholes (namely, investors) hate it. It cant be manipulated by insider trading. A corrupt politician cant force the 'crypto bank' to promote a crony or just 'make more crypto'. bitcoin is exclusively seen as a unit for liquid exchange, not hording and accumulation of that goes up in value if shit on enough people.

yeah, instead he was grabbed and held tightly, lit up on stage and waxed like a candle...

what do you mean by that? act to the full extent...? like, when Virginia first tried all their goofy gun control back in 2019, nearly every county declared themselves a 2nd amendment country and the sheriffs threatened to deputized their entire constituency since LEO always get exceptions to gun control schemes. Theres a similar grumbling here now since its likely that Virginias democrat controlled government will actually pass all their gun bans.

you're on some weird forums. the Reddit gun forums and gunmeme forums have basically been shitting on ICE nonstop for a few months now. Only bootlickers in the 2A community i see siding with ICE are ex and current LEO and fudds.

depends on where you live and when you bought. Bought my house in SC back in 2005 on a VA loan. fixed rate mortgage and all.

whats the statistic? out of the 500+ million firearms in the US, what are the exact odds HIS particular guns end up in a mass shooting? we talking Vegas odds or 'winning the lottery odds'?

5 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

lol, 56% of americans are/have been divorced. having guns isnt much of a correlation to that

5 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

see, we created this thing called 'lobbying' to get around some of that. its all in the wording!

your equity is in the value of the house, your rent should, and often IS, multiple times that of the mortgage you pay. thats how it works. If you already have a house, use the equity to buy another, cheaper property, say a 200k house. around here, thats a 650 a month mortgage. Then you charge 2k for rent.

well no self respecting gun owner gives 2 shits about the NRA. your important gun rights groups are the Gun Owners of America (GOA) and National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR). The only thing the NRA does is laser focus anti gun hate on a single corporatist entity since most of the groups who are anti gun are not gun owners and generally led by octogenarians who remember when the NRA was important back in the 80's and assume thats still the case.

they hanged more than a few Nazi bitches too.

its cute people still think there are 2 parties in this country. its Uniparty allllll the way down. Slight difference in a few, inconsequential details, so long as the money flows eternally to their corporate masters. you always have JUST enough democrats to be fall guys to push unpopular agendas through. Remember when it was Sinema and Manchin?

killed by an organization (turning point) does not equal killed by the state.

dont conflate 2A crowd with MAGA. there is a some overlap, as in most things, but the 2A crowd are shitting bricks over this, calling for convictions, and raging at the NRA (as is normal for them). Hell, its the only time ive seen standard gun guys and the SRA vehemently agree on ANYTHING.

As a former FAC, the problem is training. American units get heavily trained in combined operations. NATO does NOT. in just the USAF alone you have 3 specializations that can call in aircraft or artillery, the army has like 5, and the marines 3. The british, by and large, dont teach it down to the individual platoon level, and certainly dont actively train it down to the squad level, meaning inexperience dudes on radios making mistakes and getting their squaddies hit. but its easier to blame us

it ESPECIALLY counts then. If an incident between citizens and the gestapo pops off, you def dont want to eat a molotov because somebody wasnt close enough to read NOT A COP on your back.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

protip. dont wear khaki and OD 5.11 gear and def stay away from multicam anything. it literally is the uniform of your oppressor. maintain civilian appearance so you dont get mistaken for red force. blue jeans or carharrt work clothing offers the same benefit without looking 95% like an ICE agent. the ole Grey Man look if you will.

the NRA is a corporate entity. they only care about gun manufacturers. actual people can go suck it as far as theyre concerned. their only role is to deflect democrat attention from gun groups like NAGR, GOA etc.

if by 'downtown chicago' you mean 'Franklin Park' (where they shot that one guy), that place is a Suburb. Grant Park, where they had to cancel an event because of ice crawling all over the area? again, a nice touristy area. Elgin, where they breach raided that one house? one of the safest suburbs in Chicago. Bro ICE is NOT going into 'hood' areas of chicago. they are harrassing folks in the suburbs and research/ tech hubs.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

they got soft armor panels in their vest. So, proof against pistol class threats generally. but thats just their 'casual harrassment' uniform. if they get called to do a high risk seizure, like an actual raid, best believe the breachers are going to be hard plated.

6 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

you got LOTS of blue states. but they are specifically targeting areas that are def not gonna see them get shot. They rolled into Chicago but only in the upscale suburbs...Virginia is Blue too now, but you dont see ICE rolling around here snatching people because this state is radically well armed...well for now. we got a lot of gun bans coming in from the new governor.

6 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

hmm. so far we found out that guns > signs, and guns > whistles. Any other protest methods we gonna try on the Gestapo?
