Everytime one of these shows up I go 'yup, them are some fine knots I'll save and try when I need them.' Everytime I need a knot though, it's either 'I've invented a new knot that seems to be holding and I don't think it'll ever get undone' or 'that's an adequate number of square knots it should hold.'
I feel like religion is a hangover from when people needed answers that they just couldn't get any other way. Now, it's a place where simple answers exist with a cadre of like-minded folks that provide the security of an "in" crowd without having to face reality.

#9 Like, yes do a bunch of core workouts. But defined abs are made in the kitchen. If she were at 20-25% body fat, she'd still be able to do all those workouts but wouldn't have defined abs.

The only thing more dangerous than a known loaded weapon is an unknowingly loaded weapon. Breach open and cable lock in place? Ok probably not loaded but otherwise? Apollo 13, the Europa Report, c'mon man. Yes, The Martian, Interstellar, and Project Hail Mary are all good, but Apollo 13 is basically a reenacted documentary and the Europa Report gets so much right about space travel that so many other movies get wrong.
