If you were to do that, and not serialize the lower, that's a felony. 80% lowers can not be transferred, without a Serial # otherwise felony

It was likely more of a "sending a message" or creating panic, especially on Xmas. There was no shrapnel and there was a 15min warning.
Last I heard, 3 injured, none critical. To me, this appears to be more of a "message" than anything.

The ATT building was a central office for the TN, AL, OK, KY states. Gas lines were shut down 1/?
It didnt take out the building, structural damage, flooding in server rooms. Last update I had from ATT 194 routers down. 1/?
Same happened with my mom's place. Step dad had a windshield at the back of the garage, about 110F out, focused on the garage and burnt it
