I see no reason for a downvote in your post. You specified that it is something that helps *you*, this is not required to to so for others (at their current state).It is scientifically proven, that physical exercises cause the body to release Endorphins. Endorphins are neurotransmitters—chemical messengers in the brain—that help regulate emotions and pain perception.So you did good with your advice.Personal experience taught me, that it's not always possible to get yourself to do it, sadly.

Furthermore, and maybe even more importantly, if you win at the Olympics you have without a doubt put everything you got into it, for many years, and made more sacrifices in life in order to get that good, than most people make at any given time. So imo, they'd f**kin' deserve a god damn pure gold medal not only for they achievement, but as reward/compensation for the years and years of all their very, very hard work!

So, I asked, but my memory went a bit awry.He's no Marine Biologist, but an Ecologist. But he did work with Marine Biologist for some time, and from what he could say, it looks like them being Sponges indeed.Though contrary to what I thought, he's no expert on the matter either.Sorry, my mistake.
Couldn't you just apply heat for a very short time ? Like, quickly going over the top with a gas torch or something like that ?
I'm no expert, but from what little I know, these look to me like fossilized Sponges. Some of the earliest Sponges I've seen were tubular in shape, and the internal structure seen in your pictures supports it being a Sponge.Most Corals I know have a different shape and structure.Still, I'm no expert.But a friend of mine is a marine biologist who made his doctorate about sponges. So I'll ask him as well.Will Update.

As if it wouldn't really fit the carBut the rest is totally awesome ! 😎👍

Don't worry. Trial and Error is always mostly errors. There could be a thousand ways for it not to work. If you have the persistence to find the one way that works, you will succeed. So, you're doing good 👍
