Funny as that would have been, it was actually an "Einstein" visa. One for which she didn't actually qualify, IIRC, but lying about their academic achievements is par for the course for tRumps. Also, she violated the law by working as a "model"/escort, since that type of visa doesn't allow the recipient to work, but Donald actually loves to hire/marry undocumented workers :P
As I understand it, for many of them it's linked to their religion, the fundagelical mindset, as I understand it, goes something like that: "if God is with me, I'm expected to be deliriously happy, so if I admit that I'm miserable I'm confessing that I'm not a True Christian™."

Actually, several police departments have complained that Marines are just getting in the way and that they lack the training to make themselves useful for crowd control etc, while being a huge provocation. Of course, tRump WANTS things to escalate so he has an excuse for a crackdown/takeover.

For that matter, multiple police departments have pointed out that having troops around actually makes their job harder, as they are a huge provocation likely to cause things to escalate while being useless for crowd control (since they don't have have the necessary training), and they are forcing the cops to keep an eye on them to prevent things from turning Kent States instead of being able to focus on making sure that the protests remain peaceful and safe....

Rule as written, it would be fine as long as you have the written permission of the owner of the property and/or you aren't trying to conceal your identity, but yeah, if the summary of the law in the post is accurate/complete it is a badly thought out law, since there are legitimate reasons to wear masks (including protecting yourself from fascist pigs!)
