Initially 6 months, then i put 25 back on, and have just worked it off again! It's an ongoing process!

Fruit, veg and meats. 2-3L of water a day... The sugar comedown was TOUGH!!
It was a lot of fresh fruit and veg, and lean meats. I drank 2-3 litres of water a day and wasn't able to exercise until id lost about 30kgs
