If Trump shuts down global trade it will be the single greatest thing for the health and welfare of the planet that has happened in a century. Thousands of people will die/become miserable but that's also good for the planet. At least temporarily.

As someone who deals with bears in vehicles, professionally, the amount of damage these guys did was PATHETIC. If that was a bear, that car wouldn't have a ceiling anymore, let alone seats.

The land is beyond expensive, developing the land (pretty Rocky ground, often high above the water table) is expensive, and sure to where we are, materials and labor are also quite expensive. Knew a guy trying to put a manufactured home on a new concrete pad, and it cost $750K
