Why Panko sad!
This may be extremly dumb. When my mom waa pregnant with my baby brother, she'd throw up EVERY morning. Without fail, I'd bring her a glass of cold water with ice. 28 years later, my mom still thinks it was the nicest thing I ever did. I guess my point is just be there for her. Ask what she might need. Yeah maybe this doesnt apply. Sorry.
