Is this someone's custom work? That looks like someone taped together a bunch of roman candles... Which will explode if they're tipped upside down like that at the end. Probably would have been safe to hold and point away from people (as most roman candles are), but all the panic is making a bad situation worse here. Smoke tubes will also explode if tipped upside down!
I used to light them, and hand throw them into a field as a kid... I'm amazed I'm intact with all my digits and only very minor hearing loss in one ear... Which might have been from music, or might have been from the mortar that only flew 5' once and blew up directly in my left ear basically.. Who knows!
They also don't come separately generally... If they did end up with a commercial firework, it may have been without a launcher, as those are generally custom setups. The level of intelligence here sounds right for that though... Commercial firework in a 2 litter, what could go wrong!
I read that as 'The Ocho is back! (from it's vacation/off air time)', being advertised on ESPN2 as a thing, since no one would be watching The Ocho if it was gone.
So, as long as someone evades the question you asked them, they're trustworthy!

I enjoy my media and new in audio format, because I often consume it on my commute, where reading can be difficult or hazardous. It's neat how we all have preferences, I'm sure that there are articles on this same topic that can be found if searched for! Or, I know YouTube has AI that will write up a transcript of a video... Are we against AI transcripts too? I'm unsure how I feel about them as I know they could be inaccurate, but also know we've been using AI subtitles for a decade now. My .02

I believe, without talking to the previous post.. That they were saying that the kids who don't believe in helping others, should decline the gift, not that the donator should limit who they're giving it to.

The dictionary says it's only an Autopsy if it's a human being dissected, but I think that's cause no other species does it (that we know of).. So, bias? Meh... I've been to restaurants with Stars that have mix matched plates... It depends on you are aesthetic. The more recent one coming to mind, had unique spoons for desert, you choose your spoon from a selection of 3-4 and each one was different. I think I chose one that looked like a shovel.. Blunt tip, twisted metal handle. There is no one rule that makes something acceptable in dining, IMO... My credentials? I eat food... Too much probably... but in several countries and most the states.
I want to use that Homer gif with the 'Isn't British yet' thing.. But I think it's more 'Isn't British anymore'...

Way back when.. EverQuest would have the mobs wield the item they had.. You'd see skeletons with swords of staves, and go after them first, cause they did more damage, and dropped things that sold!
I'm sensing you don't like your job... I've had jobs like that, and ones that I like... And ones that have been given to other people because there wasn't enough of my job to be a job anymore... I feel the blanket generalization isn't really needed here... Apologies to offend, wasn't the goal.
I always wondered this... I put my cart back, but I also don't wrangle carts that are astray.. Always told myself it was job security for cart jockeys... Glad that some people enjoy the old school rustling that a wild cart hunt can provide.
