We can observe genetic drift and mutation in the lab and then use those bench marks to compare various genetic sequences among animals at large and find relations and connections and even correlate the genetic drift components against fossil records to do comparisons on what we believe the timeline looks like. the problem of induction is nothing like the bs science of anti-evolution

so many people seem to expect this kind of loyalty from their employees with the idea that eventually the hard work is rewarded and good employees reap better rewards but so often the companies never follow through with the second half. I've been at my job for over 15 years and in my friend group the people who worked the same company all these years aren't any better off than the friends that for one reason or another bounced around a lot in jobs.
