I've always upheld he is just a grifter playing off people's fears but I think the last few years and many court trials might be turning him into something else or he always has been that which scares me more considering how many family members drank the Kool aid here

Ya it's soapbox racing, they all have highly decorated little cars and then have to put on some kind of skit or presentation before racing down a little course with obstacles. It's honestly a hell of a fun time and apparently it's an international thing
I just learned about this sport not too long ago cause it was on a TV at a tattoo shop, literally the best

This is the situation anytime something like this happens, the whole situation is so complicated and nuanced that so very few understand all of it. But yet internet tradition is to jump on a side and have some profound comment about it. What happened tho doesn't really require much of a comment beyond people need to stop being hurt.
