I am a transwoman from the central valley of California. I am on the spectrum as well as having ADHD. I am an artist (traditional art not digital so any of the digital art I post will most likely be commissioned work and not mine, unless I learn how to draw on a computer). I have started a stream where I play games and chat with people, or sometimes watch movies and try to riff on them. The stream is my attempt to try and get better at socializing but also to be a hobby/side hustle. I might come off as a jackass sometimes but I really don't want to, like I know sometimes what I am doing may be wrong or a bit more rude than I really want it to be. Something I am trying to work on (controlling my emotions is something I have struggled with my entire life). Hormonal issues sometimes affect how I act too because I sometimes forget to take my meds. Sorry to anyone that ends up having to block me because of this, no one should have to deal with my mental health issues, especially strangers. Anyway if you would like to see my stream I stream on twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/Fae_Viking_Princess Hope to see you there! Right now I am trying to stream on Wednesdays, Friday, and Saturday (as those are the days my SO are available and I like having him available for emotional support) and was doing 10pm to 12am, but since I made affiliate on twitch and have ads running I increased my times an hour to 10-1. this is Pacific Standard/Daylight Time.
watchmakers do make watches. Do you think these super intricate mechanical watches are being manufactured automatically through a machine? And there are other watchmakers that don't have big branding. They're just harder to find because they're usually only serving local areas.
If I had it on it would alert me of high stress every 15 minutes or so. I don't think they're a great thing to have when someone has a lot of anxiety disorders and sensory issues caused by AuDHD.
You're not thinking like someone who is so wealthy that they have a wall of yesmen to separate them from reality. They simply don't care about the look or function, they care about it being expensive so they can show off their wealth.
mechanical watches are expensive and getting more expensive because they're not used for functionality. They're used as accessories to show off your wealth. That and the fact that the watch making profession is shrinking. There are less and less skilled watchmakers every decade. I think we should keep making them and training new people to make them, simply because that is an amazing skill of engineering and precision.
the best watch to buy is that old casio watch with a calculator on it. The only downside is the way these watches work you can't just program doom onto it. You'd have to do some significant hardware modifications.
why do the watches get uglier after a certain proce point? Answer: because it's not about the look it is about the price and going "look I spent 55 million dollars on this shitty looking watch, poor people can go fuck themselves."
#4 Except instead of the bow needing to be bent backwards to string along. They want you to show that you can bend over backwards to let them string you along.
I really doubt survivors and family members are actually saying they don't want them there. Just a bunch of conservatives who will LIE about being affected by it.
I've been offered drugs by exactly 2 strangers before. 1 time I said no, the other time lead to us smoking the fattest cheech and chong style joint I have ever seen.
We used to start loading up a spicy image and be finished before their face was fully loaded in.
Because there is no strong evidence he did. And considering the stories are written years after the fact, one would have to assume he's an allegory for their movement and not a real person.
That is correct they do not believe in the Trinity of divinity. But they believe in Allah, jesus as the Messiah and Muhammad as a prophet.
Not just a prophet they still saw him as the Messiah.
Also weiting things down from oral tradition doesn't make things factual. Especially 60 years after the facts by a guy who had no first hand record. We have no sources of first hand witnesses. Jesus himself would have wrote things. It's weird how we know so much about the area and the time and yet we have the flimsiest sources that CHRISTIAN HISTORIANS agree is proof.
Has two mentions of Jesus and doesn't at all confirm he existed. You'd think a people who meticulous wrote down everything would have more documentation on this guy of he was real. We have more evidence that King Arthur existed than we do Jesus
"The letters of Paul are the earliest surviving sources referencing Jesus, and Paul documents personally knowing and interacting with eyewitnesses such as Jesus' own brother James and some of Jesus' closest disciples (e.g. Peter and John) around 36 AD, within a few years of the crucifixion (30 or 33 AD). Paul was a contemporary of Jesus and throughout his letters, a fairly full outline of the life of Jesus can be found" If the earliest known sources are letters from paul that's not a great start
FFS when the only two events that they mentioned as being then most accepted as truth are things only mentioned in the bible...
maybe you should look at those non biblical sources because they're not real sources. FFS the first non biblical source they mentioned they don't even have or have read because it's been lost what they have is another guy mentioning about that book in another book
the number of sources is: the bible, a Christian scholar from antiquity claiming a book exists that talks about jesus, and... nothing.
No we don't. We have ZERO documentation of him. The closest thing we got is someone mentioning a book that supposedly mentions jesus in it, except we don't have that book we have some other book written by a Christian scholar a century after the facts.
"biblical historians". So a bunch of people who already believed every word of the bible wants to say something from the bible is real without showing the evidence. cool.
there's a lot of doubts over that.
No witches were imprisoned or hanged in the Salem witch trial either. Because they weren't witches.
Apparently spitting on it and then deepthroating it while pulling your hair and saying "who's a dirty girl for daddy?" is also the wrong way to eat a corndog.
put on plate, cut length wise so you have two long halves and the stick in the middle, take stick out, cut the rest into bite sized pieces, use stick to pick up pieces and then fling the food into mouth, literally, fling it off the stick into your open mouth. Bonus points if it's covered in condiments.
In my art history 1 class, we did our final in person, on paper. I was the only one to pass. I suspect the other students were using AI for the regular school work
Also the reason they chose to remove parts of the helmet design was so you, the audience, can see his face clearly.
Do you not realize there are 8 types of corinthian helmet. And roman helmets did not have the nose guard either.
Let's see Paul Allen's card
this is a roman legionaire's helmet, notice the difference?
