I go to the movies every week or 2 and I'm surprised at how how neat and clean the theatre is. They clean up after every showing and most people throw their trash in the can on the way out. Don't go to many kid's movies, though...

I've been in IT for 40 years. They suck worse now than they did then.
My wife told me that her father had several WWII German POWs working for him on his farm near Blodgett, MO. He said they were good workers. That was a *very* rural area.

I guess that's the only leverage they really have to get people to show up for jury duty.
In Missouri you just show your ID and they check the voter list to make sure you are eligible and check you off so you dont vote twice and hand you a ballot. Missouri uses paper ballots you fill in that are both human and machine readable. I would not trust any electronic voting machine.
